Kathy is the ultimate real estate professional. She did her homework and provided us with current data and a well-rounded plan to sell our home. We followed her lead and worked closely with her to prepare our home to sell. She offered a consultation with a wonderful stager (thank you, Ana!) as part of her total package. We had an amazing experience with the stager, and using our own furniture and items around our house, we transformed our home into a space that other people could envision as their own. Kathy understands the importance of this step, and there is no question in our minds that staging our home and listening to Kathy’s advice were key factors in our quick and successful sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathy as either a seller or buyer agent. Kathy has been my "go to" realtor for several years! She has been very helpful in every way...answering all of my questions and guiding me whenever she was needed. She has shown me several properties over the years and recently, she was my realtor while purchasing my dream property on the South Shore! Because of Kathy, it was a seamless transaction...even during a pandemic! I had the privilege of meeting Kathy when I first moved home several years ago. She was showing me one of her listings and I like her immediately. I could tell right away that she had a tremendous skill set, and I appreciated her honesty and integrity. She then became my agent, and over the past few years, we have had several transactions together. As a realtor, she is simply second to none. She's dedicated, knowledgeable, and while this is her "job" she truly cares and has always put my interests first. She takes care of all the little things as well as the big things with ease. While she is no longer my realtor, she will always be my friend.
